At DoctorReplica, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs for timepieces purchased through our platform.

1. Return Policy

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase if the following criteria are met:

  • The item remains unused and in original, unworn condition
  • All protective stickers, tags, and covers are intact and undisturbed
  • The original packaging (boxes, manuals) is included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Note: Returns will be declined if the protective cover is removed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide clear photos or a short video of the item. Once approved:

  • Securely repackage the item and all included components
  • Ship via a local courier or EMS using tracked and insured delivery

After receiving and inspecting the return, refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for products that meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Exchange Process

Contact our support team to request an exchange and specify the replacement item. Once authorized:

  • Repackage and ship the item securely as outlined above
  • Upon inspection and approval, we’ll dispatch your selected replacement

Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

3. Warranty & Repairs

Warranty Coverage

All DoctorReplica watches come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal usage.

The warranty does not cover wear & tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Repair Process

  • Contact our support team to confirm warranty eligibility and obtain instructions
  • Pack and ship the watch securely with tracking and insurance via EMS/local courier
  • For out-of-warranty repairs, we offer paid services — quotes provided upon request

Our certified technicians will assess and service the item, and it will be returned in fully functional condition.
